Election Department has launched a complaint portal. You can register your complaint regarding Electoral Rolls,
Elector's Photo Identity Card, Violation of Model Code of Conduct, Form Submission(6-7-8-8A) etc. by registering yourself on this
website using your mobile number or landline number.
More over, if you feel any difficulty reagrding registration of complaint here, you may call us on our toll free number 1950 with in HP and 01771950 out of HP.
Our staff is available for services from 10:00AM to 5:00PM on all working days.
How to Use this application –
Steps to register complaint on website manually :-
- Register with your mobile number
- Verify your mobile number. After successful verification of your mobile number you will be allowed to enter into complaint portal.
- Edit your profile on first attempt and set your password.
- Register your complaint and note down the Complaint ID.
- Check status of your complaint after redressal time.
- If you feel any difficulty then call us at our toll free number 1950 with in HP and 01771950 out of HP.
Steps to register your complaint through call centre –
- Call at 1950 with in HP and 01771950 out of HP.
- Call centre will ask for your details with your mobile number or landline number
- Provide details of your complaint and call centre will register it.
- You will be provided a complaint ID and login ID for future reference.
- Verify your complaint status by calling us or you can also see the complaint status on website with your ID provided to you.
